03. Industrial implementation & project management (MOE)
- Complete project management (quality, cost, deadlines)
- Mobilization of SNCF industrial sites or a network of qualified partners
- Detailed design monitoring, validation of technical solutions
- Coordination of modernization work (air conditioning, seats, seats, lighting, embedded systems, etc.)

04. Regulatory upgrade

In Dakar, we are far from major European rail networks, so in the event of incidents it is important to be able to react quickly and independently. This is why it was important to improve the skills of the teams in lifting our Coradia machines and our work trains. MASTERIS was able to respond quickly and effectively to our expectations.
Within Hexafret, regulatory monitoring already exists on which ECE relies. However, it proved necessary to complete this monitoring in order to cover all the countries in which Hexafret operates, in particular Germany, Spain and Italy. Hexafret therefore turned to MASTERIS in 2024 to provide this service.
After a first year of collaboration, Hexafret satisfied with both the content and the contractual relationship, extended the regulatory monitoring contract in 2025. We appreciate its synthetic side.
