MASTERIS offers a comprehensive methodological approach, structured around two major axes: strategic support (AMOA) and operational implementation (MOE).
01. Project Management Assistance (AMOA)
- Technical and regulatory diagnosis of the fleet to be dismantled, integrating safety, logistics and environmental issues
- Obsolescence assessment: identification of critical parts, support for the recovery of components or subsystems
- Analysis of the adaptability of maintenance at the end of life: evaluation of possible intersections between trains to optimize parts stocks, support in trade-offs between curative and preventive maintenance and withdrawal of service, in compliance with safety regulations
- Development of a strategic dismantling plan taking into account technical and logistical constraints, environmental issues (depollution, asbestos removal, recycling, reuse), performance indicators to be monitored
- Drafting of specifications to precisely structure technical, regulatory and environmental needs
- Support for the consultation of service providers (analysis of offers, verification of skills, treatment of hazardous waste and recovery of materials)
02. MOE execution of a dismantling program
- Industrial management: organization of flows, monitoring of schedules, coordination of construction sites
- Supervision of subcontractors: supervision of dismantling, transport, transport, transport, sorting, treatment and asbestos removal operations if necessary — ensuring the safety of all interventions
- Implementation of a flow traceability system, guaranteeing compliance with environmental regulations (waste tracking slips, material balances, etc.)
