Personal data privacy policy
Masteris is committed to the protection of personal data.
As part of its activities, Masteris is required to collect and process personal data relating to its customers, employees and partners, such as its suppliers and service providers.
Thus, Masteris has put in place the technical and organizational means necessary to protect the personal data it processes.
The purpose of this policy is to present the commitments made by Masteris in terms of the protection of personal data.
A fair and transparent collection
Masteris informs its customers, employees and partners about treatments that concern them.
In particular, the purpose of collecting personal data is to optimally manage the various relationships that Masteris maintains with its customers, employees and partners.
Lawful and proportionate data processing
When Masteris processes data, it does so for specific purposes: each data processing carried out by Masteris meets a legitimate, determined and explicit purpose.
Masteris ensures that data is kept in a form that allows the identification of the persons concerned only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.
Exact and minimized data processing
For each of the treatments implemented, Masteris undertakes to collect and use only data that is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.
Masteris collects personal data that allows:
• the implementation, management and invoicing of contracts as well as the updating of administrative systems or systems for managing the business relationship between Masteris and its customers, suppliers and/or partners,
• the implementation and management of Masteris recruitment and staff.
In this context, the personal data collected includes in particular:
• Identification data: Name, first name, title, title, postal address, email, telephone number, date of birth, nationality
• Family situation
• Economic and financial information
Assured data protection
Masteris attaches particular importance to the security of personal data. Appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented to ensure that the data is processed in such a way as to guarantee their protection against their loss, destruction or alteration that could affect their confidentiality or integrity.
Masteris thus implementing measures that respect the principles of protection by design and protection by default of the data processed. As such, when possible and/or necessary, Masteris uses techniques of pseudonymization or data encryption.
Supervised access to data
Masteris applies strict authorization policies that allow the data it processes to be transmitted only to persons authorized to have access to it.
The data collected is intended for Masteris internal services and its subcontractors.
Data may also be processed by partners that Masteris uses as part of the services that Masteris uses.
In addition, the processed data may be transmitted to the competent authorities, at their request, in the context of legal proceedings, in the context of judicial investigations and requests for information from the authorities or in order to comply with other legal obligations.

An easy way to make contact
Masteris is in a position to respond to requests to exercise the rights of the persons concerned throughout the processing, in compliance with the conditions and deadlines set by the applicable regulations.
Requests for the exercise of rights by the person concerned are made by electronic means (dpo_masteris@masteris.com) and/or by post to the contact indicated in particular in the information information, the general conditions of use of applications and websites, and the collection forms.
The person concerned must clearly indicate their first and last name (s), attach a copy of an identity document and indicate the address to which they want the response sent to them.
Masteris informs any person concerned who would like to exercise their rights if it is impossible to follow up on their request.
If your exchanges with Masteris have not been satisfactory, you have the option of filing a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), the supervisory authority in charge of complying with personal data obligations in France.

1. What are cookies

Personal data collected via the Site are processed under the responsibility of MASTERIS.
MASTERIS has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPD/DPO), who can be contacted at the following address: dpo_masteris@masteris.com.
Personal data is processed in order to manage requests and contacts, to communicate information relating to MASTERIS activities, to manage professional and institutional relationships, to ensure the security and proper functioning of the Site, and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
The processing of personal data is based on the consent of the User, the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures, the compliance with a legal obligation and/or the legitimate interests of MASTERIS.
Personal data is intended exclusively for authorized internal services of MASTERIS and, where applicable, for its subcontractors acting on its instructions and subject to contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations. Personal data may also be communicated to the competent public authorities when required by law.
Personal data is kept only for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed and in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and applicable French legislation, Users have the rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of treatment, portability, opposition, as well as the right to define guidelines concerning the conservation, deletion and communication of their personal data after their death.
These rights can be exercised by sending a request, accompanied by proof of identity if applicable, to dpo_masteris@masteris.com.
If the User considers that his rights have not been respected, he may file a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).
MASTERIS implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of personal data and to protect them against unauthorized access, alteration, loss or destruction. However, the User acknowledges that no absolute security of data transmitted via the Internet can be guaranteed.
