MASTERIS wins public tender for the maintenance of Aubagne's train sets

MASTERIS has won a contract following a public tender issued by TPE (Transport Pays de l'Etoile) for the 10-year overhaul of bogie gearboxes and the maintenance of doors for the CITADIS tramways operated by the Aubagne subsidiary of RTM (Régie des transports Métropolitains).
The Aubagne tramway, a unique system
- The rolling stock consists of Citadis Compact models rather than the "Classic" Citadis typically seen. It is distinguished by its smaller size (22 meters compared to 32 for the classic version).
- This line is the second shortest in France.
- The tramway is completely free of charge.
1 tender, 2 lots, and 2 different models
- Door maintenance operations will be carried out by RM System directly at the client's site. For over 20 years, RM System has been a recognized industrial partner in the railway sector, particularly for its ability to provide on-site service.
- Maintenance on the bogie gearboxes will be performed at the Romilly technical center by the Matériel teams. In this instance, we provide the client with the expertise of the SNCF group within the group's factory of the future.

The contract is scheduled to end in:
- Door Lot: end of 2025
- Bogie Lot: first quarter of 2026
