An exceptional program: OPT
The OPTER program, led by SNCF Voyageurs with 12 Regions and the CFL, aims to modernise 40% of the TER fleet by 2030, i.e. 931 trains, for an investment of 2.3 billion euros. This initiative reconciles ecological transition and the improvement of public rail services.
