The Executive Committee, lead by the CEO, gathers the Directors of each Business Units (Locomotive Maintenance, Rolling Stock Heavy Maintenance, Engineering & Consulting). Finance and the judicial, human resources, projects and marketing are represented by their Directors or Managers within the Executive Committee.
The CEO ensures that the Executive Committee, through its actions and its managerial decisions, follows the performance objectives established for Masteris, in compliance with strategic and financial orientations decided by the Executive Board. Twice a month, every members of the committee get together to make decisions about different matters linked to the company development, a subsidiary of SNCF Group.
Engineer and graduated from Centrale Lille and MBA at HEC, Remi benefits from more than 20 year of experience in the railway field of which 10 years at SNCF. His last function was as a Sales & Strategy Financial Director at the Direction du Matériel.
He joined Masteris in May 2019 as CEO where he has the mission to pursue the development of the entity while reinforcing the proximity with Direction du Matériel, in the current context of high competition.

Graduated from NEOMA Business School, Damien spent his first 5 professional years at EY France as an Accounting Auditor. He entered the SNCF group in 2006, first as an M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) Corporate then as the Financial Director for the branch of Transports and Logistics in 2009.
He joined Masteris as the Administrative and Financial Director in May 2018 where he manages the financial subjects extended to legal, quality and IT support matters.

After getting her master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Christiane was a Jurist in social law in diverse fields (employer’s federation, advertisement...).
In 2013, she joined the SNCF group at Effia as a Social Relationship Manager. She joined Masteris in April 2017, first as an assistant, then she became Manager of the Human Resources Department at the beginning of 2018.

Antoine is an Engineer graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique in Louvain with more than 12 years of experience in railway engineering and new train conception. He continued his career with 6 years in business development and sales, offering railway services for numerous clients (expertise and repairing, mid-life restoration, predictive maintenance, obsolescence processing etc.)
Antoine joined Masteris at the beginning of 2019 to develop the competences in diverse fields of engineering within the company in order to adapt the offers to the clients’ needs.

Graduated from ESSEC Business School and after more than 10 years in production, supply and distribution chain at Michelin, Guillaume worked many times as a Director or Deputy Director at SNCF maintenance technical centers over the last 12 years.
He joined Masteris in September 2019. He has the mission to put forward and implement service offers regarding industrial maintenance and operation.

After graduating from Arts et Métiers (ENSAM), François joined the Keolis group with operational functions then became the subsidiary Director. As the branches Director, he then joined Fraikin, a group specialised in industrial vehicles maintenance. Next, he took part of Kisio creation, becoming the Executive Director of Kisio Services, subsidiary of Keolis which specialise in transport services.
He joined Masteris in July 2017 as the Locomotive Maintenance Business Unit Director where he offers to external clients to take the lead, either fully or partially on their traction units ongoing maintenance operations.

Graduated from Toulouse Business School, Aloïs was a Marketing & Communication Manager for more than 10 years, of which 3 years in Germany. He has a 360°marketing expertise which he acquired in various fields, in BtoC and BtoB.
Since June 2018, he manages the marketing & communication department of Masteris. He has the mission to reinforce the brand’s notoriety, to provide digital solutions to better the customer's journey and to inhance customer's experience in general.

His 20 years of experience in the railway industry at a leading manufacturer allowed him to develop his knowledge in sales and big projects management, in France and globally. He is agile in multi-sites industrial organisations or the ones in partnership.
He joined Masteris in September 2018 to create the Projects Management Department. He has the mission to develop good practices and to ensure the execution of big projects while being compliant with contractual commitments.
